Is Solutions a chain store?
We are locally owned and operated although our business serves clients all over southern Manitoba and Winnipeg.
Why can I not find all the same products in the Morden location as I do in the Winkler location?
Our Winkler store is a Source by Circuit City Dealer Store and our Morden location is not a dealer store. If you can't make it to our Winkler store to pick up something that is a "Source" product make sure to ask us we can just transfer it between the stores.
Do you only sell major brand name products?
No, we sell both brand name and generic products.
Can I make special orders for non-stock items?
Most definitely! We have a special order catalogue with an approximate delivery time of 5 business days.
Can I test out products before I buy?
Yes, we have many computers, cameras etc on display to try out and compare. Just ask for assistance and we will be glad to show you what the product can do.
What is your return policy?
We have a 10-day return policy. All we ask is that we get the original packaging and all the contents in resalable condition.
What about warranty?
All of our new products carry manufacturers warranty, ranging from 3 months to lifetime. |
