Remote Service

Please follow the instructions below to run the Solutions Remote Service.

1. If the download has not already begun, download and run the remote service program: TeamViewerQS.exe (1.12 MB)

2. A message may come up that asks you if you would like to run or save the file, click Run.

3. The file will download, which should only take a couple seconds. A message may come up asking if you are sure you want to run this software, click Run.

4. The Team Viewer QS Main Menu will come up. Call 204-325-7536 and press 2 to confirm your appointment with the Service Advisor, who will appoint a technician to you.

5. Double-click on the name of the technician that was given to you, the program will then give the technician remote access to your computer.
