- Do you only sell major brand name products?
- No, we sell both brand name and generic products.
- Can I make special orders for non-stock items?
- Most definitely! We have a special order catalogue with an approximate delivery time of 5 business days.
- Can I test out products before I buy?
- Yes, we have many computers, cameras etc on display to try out and compare. Just ask for assistance and we will be glad to show you what the product can do.
- What is your return policy?
- We have a 10-day return policy. All we ask is that we get the original packaging and all the contents in resalable condition.
- What about warranty?
- All of our new products carry manufacturers warranty, ranging from 3 months to lifetime.
