IDC Communications located in Winnipeg, Manitoba has been in a close working relationship with Solutions for the past 10 years. Both companies, independent of one another have realized great success in our own fields of expertise. Recently, the synergies between the two companies and the benefits that could be had by working even closer together have been formalized.
	On March 1, 2007 Solutions became part of the IDC family. Together we are in a better position to grow both organizations independently and at the same time maximize the synergies. Although both will now be together under one roof, Solutions will continue to operate as a separate entity. As a result, the senior management team at solutions will remain in tact with Jonathan Martens heading up the operation. Dennis Kehler will be joining the IDC executive team as Chief Technical Officer where he will be responsible for managing the synergies between the two companies.
	Solutions is now Microsoft Certified Partner, a level of certification and professionalism attained by only a select number of service departments.

	On December 1st, 2006 Solutions sold its interest in Pixels to Mandy Fehr.
	Solutions is the MTS BPP representative for the Pembina Valley….. What does that mean? 	November 1, 2006 Solutions has sold its book interests to local entrepenuer Andy Fehr. Andy will continue to run the bookstore under its current name of FP Grove Book Merchants and retain all the staff.
	Solutions is the areas only A+ Authorized Service Center, one of only eight in Manitoba. All of our service technicians are CompTIA A+ Certified (www.comptia.org), which is an Industry Standard Certification benchmark for qualified computer service technicians.
	Computer service hours will be expanded to include Thursday and Friday evenings and all day Saturday starting Nov. 16, 2006
